Concept:
We want to create a box made of wood and containing an arduino board and breadboards inside. The box will have a designated area where people can put their fingers. The box reads the heartbeat of that person and depending on how fast the heartbeat is, it will turn on the music of a similar beat rate, or of some genre. For example if someone’s heartbeat is high, the box might play some dynamic music, or if heartbeat is low it might play some passive, relaxing music. We might also add some features to this box, like paying for the music, the box will accept change, or some different ways of interacting with music.
One of the possible ideas we want to implement is that a person with a normal heartbeat, let’s call it passive state heartbeat, will hear a slower version of a song when compared to the original version, and in order to make the music play faster one should make their heartbeat go faster by do some exercises, etc.
